A filling salad

I eat this on its own as a light dinner. You need:

boiled chick peas - 1 cup
half telegraphic cucumber - chopped
1 carrot - chopped
1tomato - deseeded and chopped
spring onions - a handful ( chopped)
2 cloves garlic - minced
1green chilli - minced
a pinch of salt.

Mix it all together and its ready. Just for a change, I sometimes add 1tbsp of yogurt and finely chopped coriander too.
